customers. With continued global expansion, we’re looking for a First Line
Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline of our customer experience—
supporting partners and end users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring
every interaction reflects the quality and reliability of the MANTIS platform.
*About the Role*
Take on the exciting role of Customer Support Specialist at MANTIS, offering
the flexibility of a hybrid working model between home and our Belfast office.
This role is dedicated to supporting our US-based partners and customers,
with core working hours of 1pm – 10pm (GMT/BST), aligned to US time zones.
You’ll serve as the frontline for technical queries from our partners and their
engineers, as well as end-users. Your technical acumen and problem-solving
skills will be essential as you assist with time-sensitive video footage
downloads, adjust software settings remotely, and troubleshoot video loss
issues. Collaborate closely with our senior support team to maintain the high
standard of customer service that MANTIS is known for.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Be the first point of contact for tech-related inquiries from MANTIS US partners and customers.
* Guide users through the process of downloading vehicle CCTV footage,
* adhering to tight deadlines when necessary.
* Execute remote adjustments to software settings to ensure optimal
* functionality.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hitches, focusing on video loss issues.
* Assist in login credential management and resolve access issues.
* Escalate intricate cases to the senior support team for more advanced
* solutions.
* Engage in continuous learning through company-provided training programmes
*What We’re Looking For*
* Prior experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
* Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
* software/hardware issues.
* Excellent communication skills for clear conveyance of technical information
* Team player mentality and comfortable in a collaborative setting. A basic to moderate understanding of software systems.
* Agile and adaptable, able to quickly learn in a fast-paced setting.
