Be part of a newly established, fast-growing AI team Work on cutting-edge NLP and generative AI tools (e.g., RAG, open-source LLMs) Help automate and modernise business processes across a respected financial organisation Flexible, inclusive culture with purpose-driven values around environmental and social responsibility What You'll Do: Build and deploy AI applications that improve efficiency and deliver business value Apply NLP, LLMs, and automation to unlock insights from complex, unstructured data Work across departments to identify and deliver impactful AI use cases Evaluate emerging models and AI tools for real-world adoption Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Science to scale innovative solutions What You Bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, ML, and NLP/LLMs Familiarity with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) and RAG pipelines Experience building APIs and interactive tools with FastAPI, Streamlit, or Gradio Solid understanding of AI infrastructure, including GPUs and Docker Comfortable working with unstructured data sources like PDFs, emails, and OCR Proficient in Git, SQL, and handling a variety of data formats If you're excited by the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI in a practical, purpose-led investment environment, we’d love to hear from you.
