Sales Negotiator
to join our Ripon team and play a vital role in connecting buyers and sellers while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

What Youll Be Doing
Register new buyers and sellers, assess their needs, and guide them through the process
Market and advertise properties across platforms
Respond to phone and email enquiries quickly and professionally
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate and agree property sales
Progress sales from offer through to exchange and completion
Keep internal systems and admin records up to date
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
What we're looking for 12 years of estate agency experience (essential)
Strong background in
customer service
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Full
UK driving licence
required
Location
Ripon Office
