Technical Delivery Manager - 12 months maternity cover

Who we’re looking for.

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead, motivate and develop our team of developers, quality assurance and solution architects. You’ll support them to play their part in delivering technical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll also make sure that we can easily and seamlessly deliver our day to day technical activity; addressing any issues as soon as they come up.

You’ll use your energy, leadership and technical project management skills, to make sure we’re focused on the technical activity which will make the biggest difference. With a collaborative mindset, you’ll work effectively across the business and with external professionals to create a seamless service with a ‘one team’ ethos. You’ll also recognise the importance of being an inspiring place to work and investing time in your team.

You’ll have experience of working in technical project management, understand technology infrastructure, systems and software development lifecycles and be able to demonstrate how you’ve had a lasting impact on employee engagement.
