Executive Headhunter - Specialising in Executive Search Scaling High Growth B2B Software Platforms Zeren are partnering with a rapidly scaling HR SaaS company that empowers HR, People Ops, Finance, and IT teams with a centralised, AI-enhanced HRIS. Their platform streamlines employee lifecycle workflows, from onboarding and document management to performance reviews, absence tracking, compensation and headcount planning with a consumer-grade user experience.
The Role: Head of Sales
Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll build and lead a high-performing sales team, help close complex enterprise deals, and help shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and brings a proven ability to transform early-stage GTM functions into predictable, scalable growth engines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives (Midmarket & Enterprise) and Sales Development Representatives.
Personally close multi-stakeholder deals in the six-to-seven figure range.
Own and forecast revenue targets, identifying risks and driving cross-functional alignment.
Design sales enablement programs that reduce ramp time and improve win rates.
Implement and optimise the sales tech stack for scalable operations.
Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture grounded in continuous learning.
Provide strategic input into ICP definition, pricing, positioning, and messaging.
About You
5+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments.
Track record of closing enterprise deals and building teams/processes from scratch.
Strong forecasting skills and experience with board-level reporting.
Comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and fast-paced scaling.
Equally adept at C-suite conversations and hands-on deal coaching.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building.
