We are looking for a
QA Lead
to drive quality assurance strategy and practices across delivery teams for a leading Sporting Institution. This role will provide technical leadership, guide automation and manual testing, and foster a culture of quality to ensure reliable, high-performing software. Please note this is more of a strategy / leadership focused role (over hands-on). Key Responsibilities
Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across web, mobile, and backend systems Oversee both in-house and third-party testing to ensure delivery of high-quality products Drive Shift Left testing practices with early QA involvement in design, code reviews, and requirements Define and implement non-functional testing Act as a quality coach Establish and improve scalable QA processes, frameworks, and tooling Lead continuous improvement initiatives across automation, tooling, and CI/CD integration Knowledge of Shift Left, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum environments Ability to design test strategies, risk-based testing, and QA processes Proficiency with testing tools (e.g., Postman, TestRail, Jira) Cloud platform experience (Azure) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools Seniority level
