This is an associate to hire opportunity in Kansas City, KS. Inbound Coordinator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of packing lists, quantities, and product condition - Process incoming orders and assist with ordering necessary warehouse supplies - Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in designated locations - Support inventory management by tracking product levels and reporting discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all inbound shipments and inventory transactions - Help ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards - Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure efficient workflow - Perform additional duties as assigned by management Inbound Coordinator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet use - Minimum 2 years of administrative or warehouse experience, preferably in receiving or inventory management - Working knowledge of warehouse processes, flow, and terminology - Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse environment - Comfortable working around dock equipment and varying warehouse conditions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
