*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. *This is a part-time, grow to full-time position that includes about 5 hours a week in a local school and the remaining hours in the clinic, including Saturdays from 8:00 - 1:30.* This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking flexible work hours while making a significant impact on the lives of children.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
* Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists, mental health counselors and parents, to ensure coordinated care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
* Provide family education and support to facilitate carryover of skills into the home environment.
*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
* State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
* Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a clinical setting.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various assessment and treatment techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays.
