B Shift:
Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM ( +15% shift premium )
C Shift:
Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( paid for 40 hours )
D Shift:
Thursday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ( paid for 40 hours + 15% premium ) Experience Level:

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate
5-axis CNC milling machines
Machine complex components to tight tolerances in a regulated environment
Load, run, and adjust CNC programs as needed
Select tooling, offsets, and workholding to ensure optimal results
Monitor cutting conditions and make adjustments to maintain accuracy
Perform
in-process and final inspections
using precision measuring tools
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
This is hands-on, precision machining — not production button-pushing.

What We’re Looking For
Required
Proven experience as a CNC mill machinist or operator
Hands-on experience with
5-axis CNC machining
Ability to read blueprints and understand
GD&T
Strong knowledge of setups, tooling, and machining practices
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality
Preferred (Not Required)
CNC programming experience
Medical device manufacturing background
Experience troubleshooting complex machining processes
