This position will be responsible for all Mechanical issues on the Production Line and ensuring optimum efficiency.
Please note that this position is on a 4 cycle shift pattern Day and Night shift.
Duties and responsibilities Reactive to Mechanical issues on the production line Repair Production orientated equipment, conveyors, packaging systems, gearboxes and hydraulics.
Closely monitor machine performance Complete PMs in adherence to PM schedule and keep all maintenance work logged and reported Work cross functionally with Production Supervisor and Manager in handovers and highlighting issues/resolutions Contributing to Engineering briefings What we need from you Qualification Minimum Level 6 qualification Mechanical/Maintenance biased is desired Exposure to Manufacturing orientated to high-speed packaging/processing highly desirable Experience in Maintenance systems Pemac/CMMS Have a good knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Welding, Fabricating and machining.
