4+ years of relevant UX design / digital strategy experience

Portfolio of UX design work

Responsibilities

Define and shape the user experience across our digital platforms, conduct and synthesize user research, and provide direction on how to evolve our digital capabilities

Enhance patient, caregiver, healthcare professionals, and patient support specialist digital experiences, to support long-term patient engagement and adherence

Manage our GPS Axis Healthcare Professional Portal maintenance lifecycle as the business product owner

Document bugs, provide feature enhancement recommendations, design solutioning, and user testing

Inform, guide, and where necessary execute design deliverables that meet our business requirements and accommodate any technical limitations

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide and oversee the re-platforming of our internal resource tool

Work directly with external agencies on website updates and redesign

Facilitate user-experience research and synthesize results

Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including the communications review committee (CRC) to support business goals

Qualifications

Pay Range $50-$56/hr

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.
