We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth and innovation in the Food Retail and Hospitality sectors. In this role, you will: Forecast Success:

Set and align team and individual sales forecasts with our 5-year growth strategy. Lead and Inspire:

Build and nurture a high-performing team of business development executives, motivating them to excel in achieving outbound activity and sales targets. Grow Key Accounts:

Develop and expand existing accounts, ensuring a steady flow of revenue and creating future long-term partnerships with CSM-grade customers. Build New Accounts:

Actively pursue new high-value business opportunities and secure lasting contracts and agreements. Strategic Focus:

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to devise innovative business development strategies for rapid growth. Results-Driven:

Track and report on individual and team performance metrics, preparing and presenting regular sales updates to senior management. Performance Objectives: Achieve the agreed number of MSI conversations personally and as a team. Secure the targeted number of new CSM accounts. Meet the defined revenue target for your customer patch. Required Skills: Be a humble, hungry, and people-smart team player. Show drive and accountability in reaching set targets. Exhibit outstanding organization, planning, and prioritization skills. Communicate effectively, earning respect while managing teams, even under pressure. Maintain personal and team motivation and drive. Possess strong knowledge of sales and business development tactics.
