The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Financial Advisor to step into a meaningful, client-facing role within a growing and well-established practice.
This is an opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, support and deepen existing client relationships, and deliver thoughtful, planning-led advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. You’ll play a key role in guiding clients through complex financial decisions while contributing to the continued growth and consistency of the firm’s advisory practice.
This role is ideal for someone who is both technically strong and highly relational—someone who can earn trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and operate with confidence in front of sophisticated clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary or supporting advisor to high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance
- Lead and participate in client meetings, including financial plan reviews, portfolio discussions, and ongoing strategy conversations
- Build and deepen long-term client relationships grounded in trust, consistency, and thoughtful communication
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance tailored to each client
- Develop and implement financial plans across investment, retirement, tax, and estate considerations
- Utilize financial planning software to build, maintain, and present client plans (e.g., eMoney or similar)
- Leverage CRM (Redtail) to document client interactions, track activity, and maintain accurate client records
- Partner with custodians (Raymond James) to execute
