Job description
To assist Medicare beneficiaries in navigating the Medicare system to find proper plans that best fit their health care needs. This is a call center setting, where you will be taking a high volume of calls as well as making outbound calls to preserve business. Prior experience is not required but it is a plus.Ā If not already licensed, you will be required to take an online course and required to pass the state exam. Ā You will be required to pay for your course, but could be eligible for a reimbursement granted that you pass the state exam. The company will pay for the state exam.Ā You will not be hired in until you have obtained the state license.
COMPENSATION
$18/Hour-Hourly pay plus commission
*COMMISSIONS WILL BE PAID BASED UPON NET APPLICATIONS. AGENT WILL HAVE TO HAVE A 12 MONTH ROLLING AVERAGE OF 20 NET APPS PER MONTH TO RECEIVE BONUS.
ATTENDANCE
Office hours are 8:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.
MONDAY-FRIDAY
