Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth Management team in Dublin. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support for 1 to 2 Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To
  • To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Accurately processing transactions and queries by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
  • Request policy information from third party policy providers if applicable.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within wealth management in an administrative support role
  • Experience and knowledge of financial products i.e. Pensions, ISAs, Investments, Bonds
  • Experience of supporting Senior Management and Investment Managers
  • Experience of providing end to end support
  • Experience using Xplan and/ or Avaloq would be an advantage
  • Desirable to hold QFA Certificate in Professional Financial Advice or studying towards
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, influencing and organisational skills
