We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Business Analytics and Technical Project Management to lead the discovery, assessment, and prioritization of problems and opportunities within our Fraud Risk domain.

You'll act as a subject matter expert in Fraud Risk, driving the problem discovery process and subsequent problem-based roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategic priorities, shaping requirements, and coordinating solution delivery with cross-functional teams. Perfect for someone with a strong analytical background, prior experience as fraud risk expert, excellent stakeholder management, and a solid foundation in product management practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Problem discovery and roadmap prioritization: Identify, analyze, document, and prioritize complex problems within the fraud risk domain, collaborating closely with stakeholders (Fraud Steering managers, Fraud Analytics, Data Science).
  • Technical project management: Drive solution definition, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery timelines in collaboration with cross-functional product managers and engineering teams.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful outcomes.
  • Domain expertise: Bring and further develop deep expertise in fraud prevention, market research, and related regulatory frameworks to provide informed guidance internally.
  • Cross-functional roadmap support: Support product management teams by providing detailed business requirements, prioritization frameworks, and strategic context for solution delivery.

Your Qualifications:

  • Solid experience as a Fraud Management Expert, Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or similar role, preferably within fintech or banking industries.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to manage complex requirements and competing priorities.
  • Confidence working with structured and unstructured data to inform prioritization and solution design and rollout.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating projects across diverse teams and departments.
  • Understanding of product management principles, including roadmap management, requirements definition, and prioritization.
  • Eager to deepen domain expertise in fraud risk and able to quickly grasp complex business processes and regulatory requirements.
