BQs for a Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 3 years of experience, or a PhD and 1 years of experience. Excellent technical writing skills for generating analysis and reports.
