About
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our quality programs are robust, compliant, and continuously improving. This hands-on leadership position requires collaboration across departments, technical expertise in metals analysis, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The QA Manager will oversee inspection, testing, and reporting processes to maintain the highest standards in the precious metals industry.
A Day in the Life of a Quality Assurance Manager:
Lead visual inspection and analytical testing to ensure product conformance to specifications.
Operate and calibrate analytical equipment for chemical composition analysis.
Ensure accuracy in testing procedures and maintain detailed records of results.
Analyze test data to identify trends and implement proactive quality improvements.
Develop predictive failure analysis models to support long-term product reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Manage and enhance quality assurance standards and testing protocols.
Benchmark the quality systems of other producers of high-quality precious metals products and implement proven methods that will improve our manufacturing processes
Apply statistical methods to monitor and control processes
Perform periodic internal audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure the effectiveness of all quality assurance programs
Identify training needs and take action to ensure compliance with all quality standards

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Metallurgy or another related field is required.
Experience:
3-5 years of QA experience required
Knowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing strongly preferred.
Experience with process documentation and record keeping required
Experience in or knowledge of working with manufacturing processes, production, and administration.
Computer Skills:
Medium to advanced skills using MS office Suite required
