Business Process Engineer

• Deal with incoming inquiries from our customer base and also our external sales staff.
  
• Selection and Preparation of quotations/tenders for Valves, Pumps, Actuators and Spare Parts to strict deadlines.
  
• Administration and management of customers’ orders. This would involve dealing with our main suppliers, purchasing and chasing deliveries.
  
• Provide after sales support to our customer base - trouble shooting, complaints and warranty issues.
  
• Answer our customers questions in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Assist with the day-to-day activities of a busy office.
  

• 
  
• Young & Enthusiastic.
  
• Experience with Engineering equipment supply to Industry.
  
• Strong technical background, diploma or degree level in Engineering.
  
• Excellent organisational skills.
  
• Experience with D365 ERP system.
  
• Experience in a similar type of role would be a distinct advantage.
  
• Full training will be provided across our product range both in house and externally with our key suppliers. xcfaprz
  
• Ability to work as part of a small team.
