Job Summary
We're looking for a bright, motivated digital marketer with an eye for detail and a passion for implementing digital marketing strategies that make a measurable impact. The right person for this role will have the opportunity to wear many hats and work on both the implementation of digital marketing tactics and the development of strategies to support organizational goals. For additional clarity, this is not a social media role. This role is all about the optimization of a portfolio of individual medical practices as well as the broader digital ecosystem.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with agency and internal team on all projects relating to digital marketing across all three brands.
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as content marketing and visual production to solve digital marketing challenges and ensure brand is executed effectively across platforms.
Support planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, for affiliated medical practices.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Help manage subscriptions, domains and other moving parts related to digital marketing efforts.
Work with agency partners to ensure projects are running smoothly. This involves active project management for many active medical practice requests.
Assist in the editing and reviewing of medical practice sites using WordPress.
Have a mindset toward improving the way we approach digital marketing across all our brands.
Utilize interactive programs to develop presentations and webinars to support the education of internal stakeholders.
Support the TopLine MD Digital Strategy:
Help maintain websites (in partnership with web partners) to ensure they are optimized and content is relevant.
Monitor performance of the TopLine MD website and support continuous improvement of the site.
Oversee performance of TopLine MD member practice websites connected to TopLine MD website (200+ connected sites) and work with internal teams and agency partners to ensure connected digital ecosystem is meeting goals.
Act as a liaison between the TopLine MD brand and our member practices, as it pertains to implementing, adhering to, and supporting the TopLine MD brand.
Support digital marketing tactics for both B2B and B2C lead generation.
Support the management/coordination of practice Google My Business properties.

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; as well as Excel, PPT, Internet, Cloud, Forums, Google, and other business tools required for this position.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
Google certification a plus.
1-4 years of work experience in a digital marketing role.
Basic level of WordPress experience for quick edits.
Exceptional written and email communication skills.
Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure.
Able to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems.
Comfortable in team oriented or independent atmosphere.
Customer service mindset and ability to work with points of contact at doctor's offices, from physicians to office managers and receptionists.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Analytics, WordPress, and other digital marketing software (ex: SEM rush, etc.).
Presentation and public speaking experience preferred.
Healthcare and/or multi-location marketing experience a plus.
