What you'll be doing...

As a IT Support Representative, you will be supporting computer operations and production batch monitoring. You will also provide assistance and act as a primary backup for client/server scheduling duties and support for the Helpdesk. This includes:

  • Assisting with the set-up, review and completion of all check sheets
  • Printing reports, checks, and all other computer-generated media and EDI files
  • Maintaining accurate records of checks used during End-of-Day processing
  • Performing production batch job monitoring for multiple environments
  • Providing user support by running ad hoc/ on demand batch jobs
  • Escalating issues related to failed processes or infrastructure
  • Supporting the Help Desk by assisting with answering the Help Desk phone and e-mail

The positions hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm in our Seattle, WA office.
