About the Position: Join TQL as we seek ambitious and high-performing individuals to enroll in our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We offer paid relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio, where you will train alongside some of the most successful brokers in the industry. After completing your training and establishing a robust book of business, TQL will provide relocation assistance to any of our 60+ offices across the nation. Our comprehensive, paid training and mentorship program is designed to equip you with all the necessary skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management. Forbes America’s Best Large Employers (2022) Your Responsibilities: Engage in a 26-week partnership with a successful freight broker Initiate calls and build relationships to grow your book of business Close deals with new and existing customers Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers Oversee daily shipments and resolve any issues to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Communicate proactively and transparently with both internal teams and clients Qualifications: Willingness to work full-time, 100% in-office Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to excel beyond peers Proficiency in negotiation and professionalism in conflict resolution A commitment to outstanding customer service College degree preferred Encouragement for military veterans to apply
