Qualifications:
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Completed Course in Revit Required – transcripts must be provided
High School Diploma or GED
Courses completed at a community college towards a
HS Diploma + coursework towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Good written & verbal communication skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to work 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday Through Friday in our Downtown Los Angeles Office
After a successful training period, remote work 1 day per week may be available
Interns must be available for a minimum of 10 weeks between mid-May and mid-September
Preferred Qualifications
Courses completed in a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator certification program is highly preferred
Individuals interested in a career in Building Information Modeling (BIM) are highly preferred

$22.00 per hour

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
Duties require the ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day.
May occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs.
Duties require in-person attendance, Monday through Friday, during our business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM at our office in Downtown Los Angeles for the training period.
Following a satisfactory training period, a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week Monday through Thursday in the office, and Fridays from home may be accommodated.
