We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Professional to join our automotive service team. In this role, you'll build lasting client relationships while maximizing service revenue through expert repair recommendations and solutions. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs • Translate technical diagnoses into clear, value-focused recommendations • Proactively identify and present additional service opportunities • Navigate price objections while maintaining high customer satisfaction • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery Qualifications: Requirements: • 2+ years of consultative sales experience • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets • High school diploma or GED required. • Must complete the DISC assessment with the application • Show a history of job stability Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000 yearly
