Job Description
- Supervise construction teams on-site and ensure tasks are properly assigned.
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules and monitor progress according to project timelines.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with engineering and technical standards.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and prevent accidents.
- Track materials and equipment to guarantee timely availability for workflow support.
- Communicate regularly with management to report project progress and potential challenges. xcfaprz
- Resolve daily operational issues affecting workers or project flow.
