Technology Transfer Manager

A leading global biopharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Transfer Manager to support site-based manufacturing sciences operations.

This role will lead cross-functional technical teams and drive the successful transfer of new products into commercial manufacturing, ensuring alignment with global standards and long-term operational strategy.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across Manufacturing Sciences, Process Validation, and Data Science
• Oversee technical transfer of new products into site manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Pharmaceutical Sciences and Manufacturing functions
• Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency
• Drive right-first-time technology transfer using data-driven and modelling approaches
• Lead process validation activities and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain the validated state of manufacturing processes across the site
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across manufacturing and validation activities
• Support innovation initiatives including advanced analytics, modelling, and emerging technologies

• PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline
• 10+ years’ experience within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong experience in technology xcfaprz transfer and process validation
• Proven leadership experience managing technical or scientific teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities within complex manufacturing environments
• Experience working cross-functionally within global organisations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
