Job Description:

• Nursing Float Pool
• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of TN or Compact/Multistate License.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent Medsurg or higher experience.
• BSN required for international travelers
• Certifications Required: ACLS, NIHSS and BLS
