We are seeking a
Technical Business Analyst
to join Zions Bancorporation. The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups, documenting and tracking DevOps processes, and coordinating the use of multiple platforms and system environments. The Technical Business Analyst will:
Play a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups
Document and track DevOps processes
Coordinate and document use of multiple platforms and system environments
Communicate status of teams and work initiatives to leaders through written and verbal communications
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field with 6 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to facilitate team meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities
Competent with Microsoft Office products
Needs to be technically literate on how systems work
Must be able to assess the impact of issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate
Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company's primary technology and operations center.
