Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving corporate sales and revenue from local, regional, and national markets. This role demands a dynamic individual who can liaise with corporate clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase occupancy and revenue from corporate accounts.
Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with corporate clients and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new market opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Plan and oversee business-to-business marketing initiatives.
Negotiate and close agreements with corporate clients while adhering to hotel policies.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure that guest service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Represent the Hilton Garden Inn at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts for senior management.
Manage and develop the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets.
Work closely with the marketing team to craft promotional materials and campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
Qualifications:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
Proficient in using Sales software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Hilton PEP system is an advantage.
