About

_Responsibilities: _
The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing the client’s journey to compliance by:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, from onboarding through all phases of the project.
* Coordinating and leading regular client meetings, creating agendas, and delivering after-meeting action item reports.
* Managing the client project boards, assigning tasks and documenting progress using Monday.com and our GRC management platform.
* Ensuring that internal and external resources are kept updated on the project and their tasks, and holding all stakeholders accountable for the delivery of work products.
* Utilizing our tools to create and deliver risk assessment results, collect evidence of compliance, and produce project plans as required.
* Provide quarterly updates to clients and senior leadership on the progress of the project, including identifying blocks or missing resources, to continually improve service delivery.
* Performing ongoing audits of your client’s services to ensure accurate pricing of their solutions, as well as manage changes to project scope and the adding/removal of services.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay synched with other CSM’s, and lead meetings with compliance and security analysts to update on client project needs.
* Communicate client project status to management, proactively working to address delays or challenges, and supporting the ongoing client strategy.
* Communicate clearly and authoritatively with relevant third parties (including audit firms, MSP partners, and outsourced technical support) to coordinate client service delivery.

* Ability to be self-starter and take initiative to learn and act in a proactive manner for the benefit of clients and team members
* Strong collaborative work skills, with a willingness to support internal staff on internal projects, as required
_Experience & Other Requirements: _
Must:
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least one year of project management experience
* Minimum of 2 years Client services / customer service experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Experience with online collaboration tools (such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams)
* Experience with project management tools (such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate professionally across organizational roles and with external stakeholders
* Excellent ability to organize data and manage timelines
* Be located in the United States
* Have access to a dedicated workspace, free from distraction
Preferred:
* Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent coursework
* Knowledge and/or understanding of regulatory compliances (HIPAA, NIST, SOC, etc.)
* Understanding of compliance audit processes
* Experience with managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices for organizational security
* Certifications for technology or project management (ex: A+, Project+, Certified Scrum Master, PMP, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
