Must Have: 5+ years of true IT project management experience in a technical environment. Traditional waterfall environment, migrating dozens of healthcare applications - so it's not as straightforward, lots of integrations and complicated processes. Cannot be overwhelmed or intimidated by an IT environment but doesn't have to be super technical. For ex., they should understand basic concepts of SQL database and Active Directory like what a DNS is. PMP certification Experience migrating applications, clinical or otherwise in a technical environment. This person has to understand the technical complexities of app migrations, as they could be on-prem to cloud and cross-domain migrations. Need to be technically minded - dealing with heavy infrastructure, security, storage, data, servers, databases, etc Strong understanding of core project management fundamentals They use general PM tools like MS - Office, Smartsheet and Plan View for resource capacity. Pay Range - $40/Hr. -$44/Hr.
