Perks and Benefits:

Competitive hourly base pay, plus tips; sales bonuses Total Compensation - $22.25-27/hr.

Base pay is $17.25 - $21.00 an hour. Can expect $5.00-$6.00 additional per hour based on tips Opportunity for commissions incentives

The

Sales & Front Desk Associate

plays a pivotal role at Scenthound, driving

membership sales and revenue growth

while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a

sales-driven environment , excel at customer engagement, and are passionate about

dog health and wellness .

This position requires:

Proven

sales experience

with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer service experience

(retail, hospitality, or related industry). Comfort working with

dogs

and educating customers on pet health. Proficiency in

basic technology and POS systems . Reliable transportation and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment. Who We Are Looking For:

We're seeking a

results-driven sales professional

with strong customer service skills who is motivated to

grow within our company . An ideal candidate is:

Confident and persuasive

in selling services and memberships. A strong communicator

who can build relationships and educate dog parents on wellness. Goal-oriented and self-motivated , always looking for opportunities to drive revenue. Comfortable handling objections

and finding solutions that meet customer needs. Detail-oriented and organized , managing appointments and customer profiles efficiently. Able to work independently

while also collaborating as part of a dynamic team. Tasks:

Drive membership sales

by educating dog parents on the benefits of routine wellness care. Proactively engage customers

to promote memberships, service add-ons, and retail products. Develop and follow up on leads , converting potential customers into loyal members. Achieve and exceed sales goals , including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average ticket price and rebook ratios. Maintain expert knowledge

of Scenthound services and retail products to effectively communicate value to customers. Handle front desk operations , including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer records. Process transactions , manage the cash drawer, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Deliver an exceptional customer experience , addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team

to maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. Skills and Abilities:

Confidence in selling services and products Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human!) and provide outstanding customer service Ability to learn our products and services to educate the dog parents; speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services Effective communication with team members and dog parents (in person and on the phone) Independently solve problems using Scenthound values and culture as a guide Attention to detail Time-management; Scheduling appointments efficiently Accountability; hold oneself and others to Scenthound standards

Compensation: $22.25 - $27.00 per hour
