Sales Associate

You will report to the Store Manager and take direction from the Assistant Store Manager and other team specialists. Your Responsibilities: Clearly explain and demonstrate product features while making tailored recommendations based on customer preferences. Achieve and surpass performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and retention. Assist in the opening and closing of the retail store. Accurately handle cash transactions. Participate in workshops, promotional events, and product demonstrations. Provide support to fellow sales associates as necessary. Continuously expand your knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings by attending regular training sessions. You may be asked to work at other store locations in the area. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or up to two years of relevant work experience. A proven track record in meeting sales, retention, and customer service targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions through a consultative approach. A knack for building relationships and adapting to a diverse customer base. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced service environment. Willingness to move around the store for extended periods to greet customers and showcase products. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn about communication products and services. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Capability to lift 25-50 pounds to assist with inventory management. Preferred Qualifications: Some college education focusing on sales, business, or management. A year of experience in sales, retail, or the service industry. The hourly pay rate ranges from $16.39 to $24.57, varying based on factors like location and the candidate's experience. This role also includes an annual commission target of $17,652.00. Benefits:
