But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.

In this role, you will lead the testing efforts of a diverse team of Quality Engineers across multiple workstreams and perform hands-on testing in those efforts. Provide testing leadership and guidance to the team by architecting testing solutions, helping to resolve technical problems and challenges, and establishing and applying testing standards.

Report to and work closely with the QA Manager in creating and maintaining test plans, test strategies, and testing roadmaps, tracking and reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and milestones

Perform hands-on testing on various projects as needed.

Coordinate and drive test planning sessions; Drive defect management process.

Manage and mitigate test/QA-related risks and issues to the program - escalate risks as needed.

Act as a quality champion by striving for excellence and driving continual improvements within the team.

Assist in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes, and strategic plans.

Research and stay current on the latest tools, technologies, trends, and approaches in the QA space, incorporating the ones that make sense.

REQUIREMENTS:

Years of relevant experience: 6+

Education required/preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

Certifications required/ preferred: N/A

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions

A strong passion for quality, unrelenting attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

A proven history of successfully coordinating and executing all aspects of testing efforts from project inception to post-launch

Strong risk management skills and a knack for recognizing and anticipating things that would eventually turn into problems (problem avoidance vs reactiveness)

Proficiency in all phases of testing and types of testing - Functional, non-functional; smoke, sanity, integration, usability, User Acceptance, end-to-end, regression, and performance

Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation and communicate it effectively to stakeholders

Deep understanding of how to leverage automation in testing efforts and the ability to identify tests that would be optimal candidates for automation

Strong experience with Waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies.

Proficiency in Test Management Tools such as TestRail

Working knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite release 11i / R12 in a multi-organization, with knowledge of Order Management, Supply Chain, Financial modules

Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role.

Experience with low-level ad-hoc query tools (Toad, SQL Plus) and a working knowledge of SQL queries.

Experience with Enterprise Applications and one or more of the following technologies

Experience in AWS

The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience. This range may be modified in the future.

The pay range for this position is:
