About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our cloud-based microservices architecture within Azure, supporting our core KINDcloud platform. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing the latest technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Message Queues, and CosmosDB. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability, security, and functionality of our digital solutions, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The role offers flexibility in choosing the projects you support, allowing you to collaborate with various agile teams following Scrum and Kanban methodologies. You will be involved in designing, implementing, and optimizing backend solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and company standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agile software development, with a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification. You should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in applying methods and techniques to solve complex problems. Experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and relevant technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and Azure is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills in German at a minimum C1 level, enabling effective collaboration within our team and with stakeholders. A passion for innovation, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to lifelong learning are highly valued traits.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices within our Azure cloud environment, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Utilize best practices in agile development, including participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Implement and optimize API integrations, message queues, and data storage solutions such as CosmosDB.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our KINDcloud platform, supporting future applications and features.
Engage in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in backend development and cloud computing to recommend innovative solutions.
