We are hiring an experienced Sales Representative to support continued growth across Maryland. This role is designed for a salesperson who understands customer engagement and closing residential accounts.
The Role
Sell directly to residential customers within an assigned Maryland territory
Leads provided
Conduct in-person consultations and close sales with homeowners
Represent the company with professionalism, consistency, and integrity
Ideal Candidate
Residential sales experience
Good People Skills
Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-oriented
Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus commission
Gas card provided
