Role Overview

Join a collaborative surgical services team in a not-for-profit, critical access environment where CRNAs practice independently and provide high-quality anesthesia care across a steady mix of orthopedic and general surgery cases.

• Independent CRNA practice (no anesthesiologists on staff)

• Case mix: ~85% orthopedics and ~15% general surgery

• Regional anesthesia and nerve blocks required

• Flexible schedule

• Call: currently 1:6, trending to 1:8 once fully staffed

• Benefits: paid malpractice; medical/dental/vision; life & disability; retirement; and generous PTO

• Qualifications: active CRNA license; 3+ years preferred; comfort practicing independently including intubation without supervising physician present
