What's the Position?
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our quickly growing CRM team, whose primary focus will be developing overarching reporting frameworks and refining global CRM impact assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage a global control methodology to measure overall CRM effectiveness
Design and automate CRM lift reporting, incorporating segmentation and behavioral insights Conduct in-depth analysis of aggregate performance trends to identify key CRM drivers
Partner with our CRM Marketing team to understand use cases and requirements for reporting
Improve the accuracy and efficiency of CRM reporting frameworks and collaborate with data science teams as required
Guide members of the marketing team and ensure that they understand takeaways from our reporting and analysis
Mentor less experienced team members
Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Work with leadership to establish standard procedures and maintain best practices
What are we looking for?
Three to five years of experience as a data analyst, including development of new analytic frameworks
Strong proficiency in SQL
Extremely strong analytic thinker
Some experience with at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Extensive knowledge of quantitative analysis and statistical methods
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area of study
Experience in a gambling-related business is a plus
Experience conducting analysis of CRM, monetization, cross-sell or retention is a plus
Knowledge of sports betting, online casino, or related areas is a plus
