Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Welcome to Footsteps Lichfield Hawthorn Nursery & Pre-School!

Hours: Permanent | Up to 40 hours per week | £14.06 per hour | Monday – Friday

At our beautiful nursery, we provide quality childcare in a warm, home-from-home environment for children from birth to 5 years. We believe in offering stimulating and purposeful learning experiences , encouraging parental involvement, and fostering strong community connections.

Each week, our children participate in Jo Jingles , where they engage with music in a fun and interactive way. We understand that a child’s early years are crucial in shaping their lifelong outcomes, which is why we are committed to creating nurturing environments supported by high-quality teams . Our goal is to ensure exceptional care and education for all children and their families.

Our highly trained team is passionate about giving every child the best start in life by providing opportunities that allow them to truly flourish. Our carefully designed rooms offer a safe, stimulating, and educational environment, complemented by a large outdoor space accessible to all age groups.

A key feature of our outdoor learning is Forest School , which promotes sensory exploration and child-led play, nurturing curiosity and inspiring a love of the natural world. • Passion and commitment for working in childcare
• Ability to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Commitment to continual development
• Sound knowledge of EYFS
• Qualifications: NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator
