Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute engineering projects within budget and schedule.
Scope and gain capital approval for new projects.
Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
Manage cost estimates, schedules, reporting, and risk.
Coordinate with departments, suppliers, and service providers.
Drive constructability and operability reviews.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and close deviations.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years’ project engineering/management experience in pharma.
Strong C&Q and validation knowledge.
Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and risks. xcfaprz
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
