• Lead daily operations of the pantry & deli to the highest standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Oversee food prep, presentation, quality & freshness
• Train, support and inspire a positive, high-performing team
• Manage stock levels, ordering, waste control & rotation
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety & compliance standards

• Experience in deli, cafe, bakery, or fresh food management
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• A passion for fresh, high-quality produce and great presentation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in delivering great customer experiences
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
