We are seeking a Full stack Software Engineer – Mobile who can design and develop mobile applications in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment. We are looking for a smart engineer who leverages Generative AI to accelerate coding and the SDLC process and has the appetite to work in tight schedules without compromising on quality. This is a hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be on‑site on an as‑needed basis; when you are not working on‑site, you will work from your home office. You must be within commutable distance to Frisco, TX. We are not offering relocation assistance. About The Role
Lead the development of mobile applications and services that handle all types of transactions. Work in a fast‑paced environment where continuous innovation and experimentation are a given; demonstrate mastery in innovation and security. Have a “start‑up” mentality and hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Collaborate with other engineers and developers throughout the development process. Collaborate with the other team or third‑party vendors to integrate functional components. Understand user requirements, design, and develop applications and APIs for devices that meet real‑world scenarios. Solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences. Use Generative AI for code and build Agentic AI app experiences. About You
7‑10 years of experience in software development, including 5+ years of mobile application design and development. Hands‑on experience on both front‑end (Android and/or iOS) and back‑end technologies. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android/iOS applications to back‑end services. Experience in unit test cases, code coverage, automation, and design patterns. Experience in instruments: allocation, leaks, crash analysis, and debugging skills. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes. Ability to independently build end‑to‑end flows on mobile, including UEX and integration of back‑end APIs. Knack for benchmarking and optimization. Experience with Gradle / Maven / iOS build systems. Experience of using GenAI in SDLC. Company Overview
