*Role Overview *
Innovative projects that deliver cutting-edge results do not run themselves, so we are looking for a Project Manager to ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish ensuring cross-functional teams that work collaboratively and effectively. Daily tasks will allow you to work closely Operations team, the Marketing team, the E-Sign team, the Automation team, IT management, and a diverse group of cross-functional teams.
*Role Responsibilities*
· Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, both departmental and cross-functional, simultaneously
· Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global rapidly evolving environment
· Strong team orientation and collaborative style. Flexible attitude and an ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a wider view.
· Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills. Resilient and determined to ensure projects and deliverables are achieved.
· Ability to identify improvements to existing workflows and drive for results
· Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance and identify the best possible outcome
· Ability to adapt to urgent shifts in priority, due to the unique and complex nature of regulatory requirements and constraints
· Ability to translate stakeholder requests into executable tasks as part of a larger, defined project plan
*Minimum Qualifications (required) *
· Microsoft Suite experience (emphasis on SharePoint, Teams and Excel)
· Experience managing project intake and business justification requests for Marketing tools and applications, software integration, and similar technical projects is required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide pertinent details to an executive audience
· Ensure consistency across policies, processes and systems by gaining knowledge of all involved systems
· Ensure proper post-project documentation and project closure deliverables
· Host meetings and send out detailed recaps, as needed
· Take copious notes during all meetings, assign follow up items, and hold people accountable
Manage a “ticket” system (Jira), as part of the Project Management Organization (PMO) team, to assign work items to resources across various departments and ensure proper prioritization

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
