Responsibilities
Work across clients supporting project delivery from start to finish.
Deliver robust analytics outputs and manage projects effectively.
Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing feedback and mentorship.
Create presentations and generate actionable insights.
Build relationships with clients and represent Gain Theory externally.
Support business development activities.
Key Characteristics Demonstrate curiosity, investigative mindset, and be prepared to discuss analytics topics passionately during interviews.
Minimum Requirements
Proficiency with data manipulation, analysis, and programming.
Experience in model building, validation, and media optimization.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
