We have an internship opportunity for a qualified

Business Analyst Intern

with our Erlanger, KY office starting Summer 2025. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, monitor and report on tools, processes, and programs. You will be operating in a complex business environment, where you will be driving performance and program management through data analysis and project coordination. In this internship, you will gain valuable experience in developing reports, maintaining a large databases, project coordination, in addition to getting exposure to the Most International Company!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights

Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI to support various business functions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

Participate in regular meetings to present findings and provide recommendations based on data analysis

Support the team in ad-hoc data analysis tasks and projects as needed

Assist with automation projects and enhancing current processes

Special Projects: Server move, MVA design, IPT Design, IE Website

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be available to work remotely and in person – Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), database applications (SQL Server) and data visualization (Power BI), Web Design, and Python

Team player

Critical thinking/Problem solving skills

Experience in data analysis and visualization

Non-Exempt Hourly Pay Rate: $20
