Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across the full software lifecycle, from design and build through deployment and operations Work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot the platform within their AWS environments Build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform Develop automation tooling using Python and supporting frameworks to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and self‑healing systems ahead of production releases Own and operate internal AWS environments, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimisation Partner with solution architects during customer discussions to support technical integration and deployment questions What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (certification preferred) Proficiency in Python (preferred) or another backend language such as Java or Go Deep experience with infrastructure‑as‑code, ideally using CloudFormation Strong background in cloud‑native architectures, automation, and infrastructure provisioning Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, AWS CodeDeploy) Familiarity with microservices, containers, and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security best practices Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers Fully employer‑paid health benefits for employees and dependents Unlimited paid time off 401(k) plan Flexible working model (remote‑first with office access as needed)
