Producing and validating performance, attribution, and risk outputs Supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders Performing quality control and peer review of performance data Working with investment teams to understand evolving requirements Coordinating with data vendors and ensuring service quality Identifying process improvements and supporting automation initiatives Assisting with audits, testing, documentation, and internal projects Contributing to knowledge sharing and team standards What They’re Looking For
Strong experience in performance measurement and attribution Solid understanding of equity, fixed income, and multi-asset methodologies Familiarity with institutional performance platforms and data providers Advanced Excel skills; SQL or data tooling experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines Confident communicator who works well across teams and functions Background
Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline Several years of experience in a performance or attribution role Progress toward or completion of a professional qualification (CFA, CIPM, or similar) is beneficial Why This Role
