Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget. Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback. Previous industry experience is a plus but not required. Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support will be provided).
