Role Description The Information Technology System Specialist will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, maintaining system operations, and delivering exceptional technical support to ensure the seamless functioning of distribution center operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing system administration, executing network security protocols, and providing technical support to staff. This is a full-time and remote.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively
7 + Years in a Solid foundation in Information Technology principles, including hardware and software systems
Experience with System Administration tasks such as configuring and maintaining servers, workstations, and software
Knowledge of Network Security practices to safeguard system integrity and data privacy
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
