Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Hourly Rate: £13.08 per hour (L2) - £13.58 per hour (L3)

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

We are thrilled to invite a passionate Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team at Flitwick Day Nursery. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, where you can truly make a difference in the lives of young children!

Located just minutes from Woburn Centre PARC and Flitwick railway station, our nursery is easily accessible from Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, London, and surrounding areas. Your commute has never been easier!

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS .
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Build and maintain professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS (desirable).
